We understand that sometimes you may have received a product you have not requested or you need to return a purchased product. Before placing a return request please see to it that the product to be returned is not damaged or washed and must include all the original tags.
We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the products prior to providing a repair, return or refund. You are entitled to a replacement or refund only if there is a major failure or damage.
Return/Refund requests could not be placed if you have simply changed your mind or no longer like the product you have purchased or no longer feel it is useful.
A return/refund request could only be generated within 7 days of the purchase made or goods delivered.
Return Process:
Step 1: Put all of your products in the original packaging or find a new box that will fit.
Step 2: Generate a return request on our website.
Step 3: Send it to our official return request address.
