While we offer many items for individual purchase, most of our hospitality-grade products are sold in case packs to ensure wholesale pricing. Minimums vary by product category—for example, towels may require a one-case minimum, while guest amenities might have higher requirements to maintain cost efficiency.
Most in-stock items ship within 3–6 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the size of the shipment; small parcels arrive via standard carriers, while large furniture or bulk pallet orders are delivered via LTL freight. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
We understand the importance of “touch and feel” in the hospitality industry. Samples are available for most linens and toiletries upon request for a small fee (which is often credited back to your first bulk order). Contact our customer service team to arrange a sample shipment for your property.
We accept returns on most unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened toiletries or used linens. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain large-scale returns.
Currently, we primarily serve the domestic market, but we can facilitate international shipping for large-scale orders. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. We recommend contacting us before checkout to get an accurate freight quote for exports.
